Return policy

STORE PURCHASES ARE ALLOWED TO BE EXCHANGED OR STORE CREDIT ONLY (30 DAYS STORE CREDIT) ONLINE PURCHASES CAN BE REFUNDED

 Note that once you have started your return online, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, and unaltered. You must include any original packaging, including all tags or boxes the item came with.

Refunds can be issued for store credit** or to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase.

If your order used store credit as the sole payment method, that specific purchase can only be returned for store credit.

We accept returns from all our international customers! Here’s what you need to know:​

• Your online return must be initiated within 14 days of the original purchase date

• Refunds can only be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase

• We can only accept returns from the country to which your order was originally delivered

• Final sale items cannot be returned

• Duties and taxes are currently refundable upon return only to customers in Canada, United Kingdom, and

  Australia

• Please allow 2-4 business days for your refund to be processed after your return has reached its destination

  warehouse; Refund may take 3-5 business days to be reflected on your statement after it has been issued

• For all countries to which we offer returns via USPS.
