All purchases* (including purchases made at brick-and-mortar locations and Choose What You Pay purchases made online) may be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. Note that once you have started your return online, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, and unaltered. You must include any original packaging, including all tags or boxes the item came with.
Refunds can be issued for store credit** or to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase.
If your order used store credit as the sole payment method, that specific purchase can only be returned for store credit.
